    • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in new condition. Items that have been used or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.
  2. Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  3. Refund Process

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  4. Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
